Our limited release "Port Wine Blend" is made from just a few rows we select from acclaimed organic and regenerative vineyards in California.
We use native yeasts to add complexity to our wines and to showcase local terroir. We use whole cluster fermentation to intensify flavors and to increase antioxidants, resveratrol and polyphenols (the good stuff) in our wines. We handpick our grapes, we never use hidden or harmful chemicals and we rarely filter these uniquely imperfect wines.
