DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Spots on a Leopard offers free shipping for orders with destinations within the contiguous United States, except to P.O. Boxes. Please contact support@spotsonaleopard.com for more information.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Spots on a Leopard does not pay for international shipping. Not all of our items are able to be shipped internationally. Please contact support@spotsonaleopard.com for more information.
RETURNS
Spots on a Leopard offers free returns. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since receiving your order, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To initiate your return, please contact support@spotsonaleopard.com. We'll email you a prepaid shipping label and step-by-step instructions on how to return your item.
Note: Perishable goods such as foods and flowers cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on gift cards, downloadable software products, some health and personal care items or sale items.
REFUNDS
Once your items are received and inspected by the store, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange request, please contact support@spotsonaleopard.com. We'll email you a prepaid shipping label and step-by-step instructions on how to exchange your item.
